2004 GNOT Metropolitan Final (Aug 28-29)
The 2004 GNOT Sydney Metropolitan Final
will be held
on August 28-29 at the NSWBA
club rooms, 1st Floor 162
Goulburn St, East Sydney commencing at 10.00am. Map . The
NSWBA canteen will be open on both days for your
convenience. Supper will be provided at the conclusion of
play on Sunday.
The proposed format is for an 8 round, 14
board Knockout, with a Swiss repechage. The last two
undefeated teams in the Knockout plus 1st and 2nd placegetters in the Swiss will proceed to the National Finals.
Session times:
Saturday 10am , 12noon, 2.15pm
and 4pm, finishing about 5.40pm
Sunday
10am, 12noon, 2.15pm and 4pm.
A
team may elect to drop out of the competition after playing on
Saturday, but should notify
the Tournament director at the conclusion of play.
Parking vouchers for the council
car park on the corner of Goulburn and Elizabeth Streets may be
purchased at the NSWBA for $5.00 and are valid all day till 12.00
midnight (single entry).
